How to cancel order at mac cosmetics?

ok guys so i odered something today at mac and it says its still pending in ware house and it has not been dispatched but iw ant to cancel i have sent an amail with my order number and what i wanted to cancel.is there a way i go about cancelling.i cant ring as they are closed. any suggestions pleassee dor people who have odered here before . thanks in advance
