Jaguar cichlids new eggs?

this is the 3rd time that my jaguar cichlid lays eggs. when it hatched, is it possible that the parents will not eat their fry? 1st batch only 11 alive and 2nd batch 3 alive. what will i do this time when the eggs are hatched as there are other cichlids around? pls help.
