At what colleges in Atlanta could i study a good Business course/entrepreneurial course?

I live currently in the UK and am moving to Atlanta at some point i need to know where i could study a business course. I have Over 10 GCSE's A*-C, would that get me anywhere? Also when does the school year start and is Schooling paid for by the state tax or do you have to pay tuition fees?
