Forgot to take the pill?

so i had sex for like about 10 seconds cause i didnt have a condom and i wanted to see what it was like with him but im on birth controll but i wasnt able to take my pill on that day cause i forgot them at home but it was my last week part ( period week reminder) but i havnt got my period in 2 days so its late cause iw as suppose to get it on sunday but last month my period came late an i didn have sex and it was like 3 or 4 days late but i could tell i was gona get it cause i had bad cramps but i have nothin so idk if i got pregant or anyhthin any helpp????
