How often do goldfish lay eggs?

My fish laid a batch of eggs about a month ago and she is moving slowly and not really interested in food (Despite showing all signs of health including an erect dorsal fin). Does this mean she is going to lay eggs? If not, does anyone have any ideas why she is acting like this. P.S. My water quality is fine and my other two fish are thriving.
