I dreamt i died while quading,?

well, i had a dream i was on a mini quad, im 14 yrs old, and it was scary!! i hit a jump and i was like 15 feet in the air, and whil in the air, i thought to myself, Im gunna die, but in my dream, i never did. but it still scares me right now, but Before i went to bed, i had a panic attack, and iw as scared of dying, would this have anything to do with the dream?!?! cause after that happened in my dream, i was a normal person :s HELP ME PLEASE !! IM SCARED
