Opinions/experiences with Dish Tv?

I am thinking of switching from Time warner cable to Dish, but I want to know if I would be making a huge mistake first. What are your opinions/ experiences with Dish tv? Also, does anybody have the americas top 120 package with dvr? What does the end price end up being, bc it won't tell me unless I put all my bank info in first and I don't trust that. Any hidden fee's you won't see until you end up with the bill?
