Problem with Ruby and Rails?

I have installed ruby in my computer and installed the path, also sqlite3 and rails. when I tried to input bundle install in my cmd, it has an error. 'bundle' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. help please. But I can run other rails/ruby commands in my cmd, only bundle doesn't work.
