Ttc and worried n stressed!?

Me n hubby have been ttc for about 1 yr now. I was diagnosed with pcos last yr and type 2 diabetes. I was diagnosed when iw as 6 with hypothyroidism. My doc has been working closely with us. IM on metformin. I had a m/c 3 weeks ago this wednesday. and had a d&c done that day! ever since then i had been ok but i get sharp lower pains and yesterday i had a brownish fluid coming out, almost like a period is starting. Idk what to do. i want this more then anything! and to top it off my best friend just found out she is pregnant. IM so stressed and worried it wont happen for me! I guess i need sum reassurance! My doc has referred me to a fertility center !
