Is he a **** head or not?

well have liked this guy since i layed my eyes on him. We used to flirt like mad it was so obvis but since i told him a year ago i liked him well my friend goes up to him says this girls likes you then he said my name then my went since then we havent talked as much hes completly cool about doesnt make a fuss. We tried talk ,he knows all friends talks to all of them except me he sometimes bully me. But i dont know if hes a flirt or not he hasnt gone out with anyone after iw found out hes has a girlfriend soooooooo i dunno help me :)
