Which course is better?

B-arch or B-arch+id(major)......Nagpur university offers two type of corses 1 is B-arch and 2nd is B-arch+id ........ So which course is good as both are of 5years and the fee structure is also same...... Actually i cant even understand whats the difference in both and when the fee structure and all the things are same then why majority of peoples are in b-arch? ........ Does the degree of b-arch and the digree of b-arch + id is different...... Please guys help me out...... Thank you
