Why do i get the chill bumps only on spots of my legs?

So for the past week I've getting this weird tingling sensation in my legs it happens randomly and it doent feel like regular chill bumps and its been like 90+ degrees outside so I don't understand why I'm getting them in the first place. It doesn't cover my whole legs, but it happens only in my legs, its just scattered randon batches that last for a minute then disappear its the strangest feeling. And it happens several times thru out the day. What could this be? My boyfriend also thinks its very odd said he'd never seen someone get the chill bunps I just spots in 90 degree weather and says he can see the discomfort in my face when it happens. I'm body has been acting more strangely than normal but I don't know what it could be. Pls help.
