What jobs/careers do you not have to work holidays?

im currently a 22 year old who has worked full time most of my time after high school besides earning an associates degree in general studies and dont know exactly what i wanna do with my life. (career wise) my main goal in l ife is to have a family with my fiancee at elast 2 to 3 kids. and being that ill have to be a working mom i want major holidays off and i feel like thats hard with a lot of jobs, besides teaching where you cna get holidays breaks and summers off. iw ant to go into medical nothing like a surgeon but ultra sound tech or xray tech or physical therapy assitant, nursing, medical assistant etc... any help or input on those careers or certain ones???
