2nd question: (10pts for first best answer)?

Okay so today I was playing MW2, and this guy sent me a message saying that he is hosting a 10th prestige/challenge lobby for 1600 mp. I sent him a message back cussing at him, and telling him that he is gonna get banned because I knew it was fake because IW patch all of the hacks and glitches. Will I get banned or suspended of xbox live?
