How much plant base does someone need for one gram of JWH-081 or AM-2201?

My friend wants to make spice but was to afraid to ask this question online (even though JWH-081 and AM-2201 are both still LEGAL unlike JWH-018) but anyways he wants to know that if he has one gram of either JWH-081 or AM-2201 and wants to make one or the other into "spice" then how much plant base would he need to make a pretty strong batch but not to strong? No this is illegal comments please because these two research chemicals are still LEGAL
