I have 4 items on ebay that didn't sell. If I list it again and it still doesn't sell will I have to pay doubl?

double the ebay fees? isn't it free to list it again or am i mistaken? i don't think anyone will buy them so am i better off just taking them off and paying the initial fees or should i repost them? thanks
