I need a batch code that overides uac?

i am trying to learn the basics of batch programing and have noticed its impossible(very dificult) to execute a command with uac on eg moving a folder is impossible with uac on. So i need a code that turns uac off......(i dont want to turn it off manuly) any help would be appretiated
