Should i be worried? (nose piercing question)?

If it has a problem with falling out I would get a longer L bar, If your piercer bent a bar in front of you I would not use it as it is now scratched and can tear the inside of the hole when being put in or taken out. The redness you see is from the piercing starting to close and being stretched by the jewelry. The skin peeling is probably from infection due to the fact that you have been clogging the pores around a fresh piercing. I wouldn't worry about taking antibiotics for a fresh piercing. I would however urge you to stop putting make up near or on your piercing and start using sea salt compresses on the piercing twice a day for a few weeks.
