E'm my face just really for old people desire or I'm just ugly?

Okay I'm 14. I will not post any picture coz i have a very low self confidence, my adviser (teacher) wants me to run for being an escort at class. And another teacher says that I'm the only one in my batch that looks kinda handsome. And when my family introduce me to other family friends they act like as if I look great. Saying something like oh! Your kid really look good ha. But the people around my age don't say anything like that. Instead they say I look like ***, monkey, trash etc and then laugh at me. I am an actor/model wanna be, and planning to audition for a korean entertaiment company. But it really bothers me and push me to give up. What should I do? BTW if it matters I'm filipino,spanish,chinese descent.
